are you putting an underscore between public and html?
i.e. public_html

well if you are 110% sure you are putting correct I.P, username and password and it still does it then you probably need to submit a supprt ticket stating your problem.Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.Comment

When FTP'ng your server, you must use the MAIN domain name, even tho you are adding maybe to a subdomain or an addon domain, you still have to use the MAIN domain to access the public html folder. Using any other name wont give you any access to manipulate there cuz public html doesnt exist within that domain.
