canot publish

I have tried to re-publish a page for two hrs. will not publish. I have re-booted,empty cache, cookies, had no problem all day until now it starts to publish showing about a 1/4 of the way and then stops.

Thanks for answering I felt like a virgin out there giving all the right signals but no one seem to notice me.I got an internet12003 error, what ever that is,
