I published my index page and everything works fine. I built a form with a thank you page and when I published it show that it published ok. When I try to go to the form from my index page button it shows error 404 page not found. When I built my form page I did name it apply and entered action.php-post-multipage form but nothing works. Can someone help with this problem? I have cleared my cashe. Thank you
