Hello, I tried to upload our website and it does not appear on WWW.dauphinkings.com what am i doing wrong.

I have talked to our previous host site and they have our "A" record on file and they said our web site is not pointing at them. Why is this can I please get help. My web site is up and i donT know where it is. Should be up under www.dauphinkings.com.
