Transferring All Files

I'm attempting to transfer a folder via Blueftp to my public_html folder. The folder i'm trying to transfer has multiple sub folders. The transfer seems to go ok but when I check the sub folders after the transfer many of them are missing, and in some of the folders that have transferred, some of the files are missing.

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

You're probably uploading a very large file, more than your connection will allow and it gets interupted and loses packets. try creating the main folder, and then uploading a few of the sub folders at a time and see if that solves your issue.
