preview question

Iam having major difficulties with my website. I am currently still in the process of building it but my question is. On the builder the page looks full and complete but when i go to preview it, it shows half the page blank and the sides as well. I am not to sure how im supposed to fit the entire page on there. As i said on the builder it is completed their are no white spots at all. When previewing, it previews everything that I have put on the builder, but it only shows it on the top half of the screen and the other half is blank. Same with the sides.
Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong?
Please get back to me ASAP if i have not confused everyone.

I have not yet published it so i dont have the url so to speak.
It is just saved on my comp.

Well- I would suggest that you publish a couple pages and see how they are turning out. If problems- post the URL and we'll have a look.

Additionally- you could take a couple screen shots of both cases and post them here so we can see what you are seeing.
