Previewing and publishing

Hi ppl,
Can someone please help me b4 I fire me laptop out the window ... I have changed my index page and when I preview it it looks as it should but when I publish it it looks like I never changed it ... can someone explain what's going on?

After you publish, try refreshing your browser - it sounds like your browser on your computer is simply showing the cached page.
