    Publish index page misunderstanding

I have all my pages published, but when I enter my url www.printedfilefolders.com in internet explorer or yahoo browser I get index. Is this correct? I want Custom Printed File Folders to show, not index. Also, there is a CLICK.wav and Products.html page showing up and I don't want them to be seen by web site viewers. It looks tackey. I need help to clean all this up and have index disappear with Custom Printed File Folders showing when my URL is entered.

I published my index page in lower case letters and no extensions. Of course, when it was published .html was automatically added to the end of index. Is this the correct way?

    Thanks for your help!!!
