IP address not found

I am attempting to publish portions of my site to see if my links work properly. It won't do it. I noticed the IP address in my package details (74.86.118.21) is not listed in the dropdown list of addresses in my website builder. Can anyone help?

Hi, Re-download BV & it will re-populate the IP list with the latest IP address.
(You wont loose your work if you re-download BV) LINK TO BV
