Error - While publishing

Hello,
While publishing the file i am getting the error message " first save the file before publishing" even after saving the file.
What does it mean is it asking to preview the page and then save ?
please look into this?

Probably just a blip. Close BV and then go back into it and try publishing again

What have you named the page?

The file is saved with name as Test.html. and test.bvp on desktop.
Please let me know before publishing whether there is a need to preview and save it as html file? or there is no need for saving it as html file. In other words after preparing page in bluevoda can we directly publish it or we have to preview it and save it as html file and then publish it?
Could Please clarify this?
