Error 12002 - Internet timeout when publishing

I have an ongoing problem with a 12002 error when publishing. This initially started when I installed a new version of Bluevoda, prior to this, I was publishing through a dial up connection, and although slow, it did work. Now I get the error message and I am unable to publish. Note: this seems to be unique to my computer as I have successfully published on another computer and Vodahost have confirmed previously all working okay their end. Please find below list of suggested solutions I have tried:-

· Password has been reset
· Changed timeout in options/ publish
· Removed previous BV programs through reedit in run.
· Re-installed BV latest version
· Turned computer modem and router off for 60 seconds, to force ISP to assign me a new IP address.
· Can log into both cpanel and Blue FTP
· Attempted to publish page when all firewalls are disabled.
· Attempted to publish test page with no content apart from text.
· Tried publishing on both dial up and broadband connections.
Any other ideas.

If you have IE 7 that maybe the culprit if nothing else has changed. Try this..
