Does any of your techs perhaps know of what might be going on then that I might be able to somehow put into action to fix it or at least determine what the problem is?

George and I have discussed at length, your files are on the server. This is not a server
issue. This is a YOU issue, we can not fix a problem that only exists on your computer.

Would you like us to delete and reset your account from scratch so that you can start
with a fresh pallete...apart from this. There is nothing else we can do. Your files are
on the server..we see them..there is NOTHING to fix on our end.

If you would like an account reset please be kind enough to open a
support ticket.
