Pages arent showing up when published

Hi. Hope someone can help me. I 'published' all the pages in my new website, www.kokaneebayfishingresort.ca. Nothing shows up when I try to open it. When I go to the temporary url, I get a list of everything but no actual pages are showing.
What should I do? I have no idea what I could have done wrong.

Did you name your first page index - nothing else, just index?

Thanks Beth for getting back to me and yes, I did name the first page index, nothing else.
Any other ideas?

Well, let's see now....I named it http://www.kokaneebayfishingresort.ca/index
I am assuming this is correct.
Not sure though.

No - the NAME of the page has to be just index - nothing else. What you just put in is the address - and for the index page your address would just be

http://www.kokaneebayfishingresort.ca

IF you were to type it like above, it would have to have .html at the end.
