Dedicated IP uploading

I have a vodahost account with a dedicated ip address. How can I upload my pages with the bluevoda website builder? I did not see where I could put my ip address in the publishing page. All that is there are preset ip addresses. I'm also having the same problem with the ftp program. Thanks,

Use the original IP provided in your welcome letter..for uploading, publishing and ftp purposes its the same thing.
