Inex Page Not Updating

Hi,

Can somebody please assist. When I publish my updated website everything changes but my index.html page stays the same. I once read an article that sited "...problems with caching..." but I can find the article anymore.

Can you please advise.

To empty the cache hold down the "Ctrl" button (on the keyboard) while clicking the "Refresh" button on your browser.
