Trying to publish - error 12014

Hello.

I am trying to publish my finished website.

I click on publish in blue voda web build and get the message ' internet exception error 12014 the request to log onto the ftp server could not be completed because the supplied password is incorrect'

I am using the password supplied to me.

This is my main problem.

Also,
My domain name is through 'telivo'. Do i have to change it to vodahost in order to publish?

A 12014 error is a password error. Be sure that
you are using the cPanel username and password
to publish your page. Also, be sure that you are
publishing to the correct IP address. Both of these
details were sent to you in an email when we
created your account.
