I already uploaded my pages to public_html, but when I enter my browser my web page does not display???

You should not upload your pages. You must Publish them by clicking the Publish button in BV. The pages will automatically be uploaded as html files. Just make sure your home page is called index (no capitals; no spaces). Please watch the tutorials for more details.
