ftp question

I don't know if I can explain my problem or not. I have a file on my computer "my file.html." (example). When I open this file it is correct including all the images, text, etc. When I load it into my ftp (SmartFTPClient) and it goes into control panel as "my file.html" and I open the page URL, none of the images appear. Just "X" where pictures are supposed to be. I tried redoing it several times with the same results. I have loaded many files with no trouble until this and the others were loaded the exact same way. You can not publiss a page that was built with BlueVoda using SmartFTP, you must use BlueVoda's built in publisher.

1) Remove the image from the page.
2) Rename the image
3) R-insert the newly renamed image (this will trick you computer into thinking its a new image)
4) Republish.
