what did i do wrong

published the page but it open on "Index of /"

only when i click Casting services.html the page will open

Your need to publish a page called "index", this is the main page of the site

Register/Login Script
Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script
