Uploading to site to Voda Host

Hi, I sure hope you can help. I am making a site for someone. They have Voda Host I.P.address 74.86.118.26. I downloaded Voda Blue on my computer. I have all of their info. Made the site and now cannot figure out how to upload this. I also need to put a shopping cart and make that all work. I have watched soo many of the tutorials, but am stuck. Can you please help? Thank you.

Click on the publish icon, enter the username and password, click OK.

Hi, I did that and the error came back "general acception". Not sure what that means

Have you tried turning off the firewalls? Sometimes that can be a problem for uploading. Turn off Windows firewall and any other firewall you may have up, then try to upload.

Did you choose the correct server from the drop down box?
