    Hi Nora,

Have you tried a DNS flush?

    1. Shut down all browsers and other programs
    2. Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Prompt Command
    3. Enter ipconfig/flushdns
    and hit Enter
    4. Shut system down, unplug modem/connection for at least 1 full minute.
    5. Restart your computer.

If the problem still persist click start and goto "system tools" and restore your
system to a previous date when your pc was working perfectly. [For Win XP]
