updates not updating!

I have been building my website through bluevoda for a while so know the basics (most of the time).

Doing some updates - saved, published - but the published version is not going live - although when I look in FTP, its there.

Whats going on??????

Try clearing your cache (refresh your page a few times) and see if that fixes it.
