ftp link not working

i want to upload some files.How do i do that using ftp?
the ftp link you gave in the cpanel does not show any pages

To upload to the FTP manager (found under tools in Bluevoda):
Open the FTP manager
Connect
Find the file wanted from the left side
Copy it over the the FTP side
