Opening pages in the same window

Hi,
My website www.stevebillsphotography.com.au is finally up and runnnning (hooray!!) but the pages open in a seperate window each time. In the navigation bar properties I have the target for each page being _blank. Is this the section that wil allow the page to open in the same window? If so do I put in _parent, _self or _top????

This is a "gotcha" that catches a lot of people. Leave the target field blank, not "_blank."
