Pages doesn't change when edited

Hi, I've published my index page. I've made some changes, saved the file and republished. Nothing changes.
What am I doing wrong?

You can try hitting F5 many times when you have the page on your screen. But its a hard one for us to answer with not knowing what the page was like before or what the change was.

Should I hit F5 after editing the page and before I publish?
* I changed the text next to the logo (made the font smaller)
* added a picture of paint pots where that text was
* I removed a photo in the "decorative" banner rotator because it just doesnt seem to work.

I can see the picture of the paintpots, so your site is being updated OK.

Hit f5 after you have published and you are viewing your website.
