Can Publish page, but not save page?

I have edited my home page www.brownbeanmachines.com and put some ad's on along with some Amazon products.
BV allows me to publish the page but when I go to save it to my local drive I get the error message "AffilaSys - Bluevoda" ! Failed to save document.
Can anyone help with this?

Try using "save as" and let it overwrite the existing one if it asks..............

Thanks David, I should have mentioned that. It does the same thing and has the same prompt when I do it save as also...
