Ok.. It could be, you are blocked by the Voda Firewall. Put in a support ticket and ask them to check. You are currently showing 71.61.182.207
Most likely, you arent but.. you can check.. you also might have a corrupted host file on your computer. Did they walk you thru flushing the Dns?
Go to dos prompt.. or command prompt
At the C: type in the following
ipconfig /flushdns
Might have to do this twice..if this doesnt work.. you will need someone to go thru your settings for modems, firewall, and manually add allowed programs and ips to your hosts file.. is the only solution i can think of.
