Publishing problem ! Please help

Hi

Just published my site and BV says publishing is fine.

On looking at my site on the internet only the home page (index) shows. The links do not work. I have correctly added .html for every link including text and navigation bars. Why doesn't my other pages show ?

Please help !! I'm sure Iam doing something wrong and I'm also sure its very simple !

Whoops I've just found out what I've done - using capital letters instead of under caps. Problem is I went to a posh school that taught me grammer - old habits die hard . I understand there is a problem if you call a page Products but set the link up as products.html !! It can't find it . Hope this may have helped someone else !
