Vodahost password problem

I have been trying to publish my pages but am not being allowed to because I am apparently using the wrong password. I have double checked and triple checked and am certain I am using the pw vodahost issued me with. I obviously am not keen for too much of this discussion on a public forum for obvious reasons!! Where do I head to sort this out please?
