    index republish

My site - www.widehollowimages.com is up and running -
my index page will not republish.
I have hit F5 so many times I think it might be about worn out. I tried 4 times to download and run and save the cache cleaner that Blue Voda has made available. I get it part way downloaded and get an error saying it can't finish and there may be damage.

My question is ; may I SAFELY go into my control panel and delete some of the index files to open up the room I need to republish?
These are in the ftp files:
    inex.html
    index.php
    index_01.html
    index_01_01.html
    index_o4_01_02_01_01.php

If I am able to do this can you tell me which ones to delete so I won't loose the page?

    Re: index won't republish

id delete them all and then republish the one i want. You will still have all your copies on the computer.

you just want to have ONE saved simply as index nothing else.

If you need it to be php right click on a blank spot of the page choose properties and change it to php. When you publish on a vodahost server it will change automatically to the extension you need
