if you want to delete any page from your public_html/
Follow this (i use this way)

open bluevoda >> Tools >> FTP Manager >> Click on "Connect" (left hand side top option ) >> Enter your server ip, username and password >> click connect >>

From right hand box select the page you want to delete and right click on it and delete.

You can also just keep it in there and just have it redirected (through cp) to a different page. Then in the future, You can re-publish the page and remove redirect from that page
