Catalog won't update

I am trying to update my catalog pages. I am using NetObjects Fusion software & have updated many times without a problem but now for some reason I can't get the changes to publish. I am using an E-commerce catalog that is included in the software which has a list page & a detail page. It appears that the detail page is publishing the updates but not the list page because when you click on a photo to view the detail page, you see the wrong detail page. I need help, I can't figure this out!
