Problems Publishing and With Navigation Bars

Need Help ASAP.

When I updated my pages, without cutting or pasteing, text boxes showed on the website with large unwanted text overlaying the original intended text. In addition, the navigation bars are scrambled and moved up or down vertically and across horizontally.
