can anyone help me with linking my pages together....

It's kind of the problem this, I name the page for example scat network and I put in www.rogcastr.com/scatnetwork on the slide menu properties then when me or someone else goes to the to click on a link this comes up

Not Found

The requested URL /scat-network was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.rogcastr.com Port 80

It worked on one of my pages but the same page I had trouble with is still like it even with html It worke for my links page but not the scatnetwork page here's what it says now:
