Too Many Html/Flash/Banner Scripts?

Is it possible that too many HTML/FLASH/Banner scripts on one page in Blue Voda webbuilder may be detrimental to the published outcome?

i.e. I have 3 Flash images, 4 HTML images, and two banner scripts on my index page, and recently, I have found that after publishing any type of addition (even just text/menubars/images etc) the published images are found at the far bottom of the webpage instead of near the top as I had designated in Blue Voda webbuilder.
Is this a possibility that I have too much activity on the one page? I have seen many other websites with similar activity on a single webpage...(one with 14 animated images that I counted)

The amount of content shouldn't change anything about the appearence of the page, but if you are running on a slow connection it might take a while to publish.
