error message when publishing

Hi

Sorry to be a bother again but I'm getting an error message when I try to publish. It comes about 3 seconds after the connecting...

Internet Exeption Error 12031
Details
The connection with the server has been reset

I can't publish any pages not even blank ones.

Try coming out of BV, closing your internet connection and then start again.

It would seem there is a problem - The prior advice won't achieve anything, I'm afraid. Check out the outages forum for an update.
