This is a naming issue.
Your page is "guest book" . Further more it is set to have html extension.
So it is published as "guest%20book.html"
I have deleted this file from the server.
To solve the issue:
1. Save the page as "guestbook". Change the extension (Page Properties) to be php
So it will be published as "guestbook.php"
At that point it will work just fine.Navaldesign

Might have to login to cpanel, file manager and DELETE the misnamed and html ones.
