publishing problems

my new website is www.play4pointz.com and everything was going well but on the left hand side where i have the 4 navigation buttons the first one does not work although im almost positive i have it all saved correctly. as for the last 2, if i choose to update them and then publish, they remain the same and they do not change when i try to view them.

center ur page more. also more spacing from top 2 bottom. the 1st button works 4 me but I have no idea what all that on the page is supposed 2 mean.

why is there a form on every page?

In addition to what Travlinman said,

1. Menus on all pages do not sit in the same place
2. Pointz does not have the menu.
At least, Home on the page to bring you back to index.
