page taking too long publish

Hi folks,
I need a little help. I have created a training website for my
team, I have video and audio content on it. every time I try to
publish the site it takes so long I get a time out... after about 15 mins

any suggestions....

First off, rename index1 to index.

This is a training website for your team.
That's your target market.

Divide and conquer. Piece by piece.

Make it as easy for them to navigate as possible.

That would take care of the slow downloading and uploading.

Not surprising with the size of files you are uploading that its slow. It also takes ages to load the home page with the flash intro being so large.
