naming my pages

Hello please can someone help me,I probably missing step or two....I am a beginer,total....I signup for vodahost for year and also form domain....
Now I am trying to build the first page with blue voda....I did the basic,but now I have the main page and need,when i will click on HOME button on menu bars to open it on the same page...
I follow the tutorials...no success...please can you tell me step by step how to do it???I know that I have to double click on menu bars,then click on add,then name my page,lets say HOME...ok,but what exactly should be written in URL window....when I put there : http://www.hlasyzbasy.com/home.html and then try to check it on preview it says the requested URL/home.html was not found on this server..
I dont know if I have to first published or what...Please help

index.html should be the url not home. home is the name of the page. Also you cant PREVIEW the links until its published.

Did you do the tutorials? If so.. please go thru them again.
