PHP page publishing as html

Hi,

I'm trying to publish a page with a form on it, but for some reason it's publishing as a html page, not php.

I don't know if it could be because I cut and paste the form from another page on my site. But I don't know why this would make a difference since that page published successfully. Can you help?

Have you tried changing it to php in the page properties area, saving & republishing.
