connecting subpages

haven't published for a while. had no trouble connecting pages in nav bar, but want to publish articles as subpages. can't seem to find the place to add the string: http://tobodyandsoul.com/articles/exitdoor.html.

can anyone throw me a bone here?

Heres a bone

Login via your FTP. Go to where you can see all the pages of your site and create a new folder and name it 'articles'.

and then publish your articles to this folder.

If its your primary account then you publish to public_html/articles

I created the index page and the other pages but can not link them eaco other. please help
