I don't know what I did

I've had my page published for a couple of weeks now. I went in to add an item to one of my pages. Then I published it again. I received a "published successfully" message, but when I go to the website, everything I added is not there??????????? I re-published again, and still did not show up. Please help

Its your browser cache (it saves popular pages so it can download them fast). Just press F5 a few times or hold down the shift key while you refresh your pages. This forces the browser to download the page direct from the server thus updating.

domain for that page is shownoff.net/womens.html. I think it may be somethng with my publishing. I went in on my sons pc and didn't see the changes there either.

I've been looking in my error records on my pc. I see this message repeated many times in there. Could this be the problem?
