Naming "Drop Down" Menu Bars on subdomains?

My website is www.benefitplace.biz

I have created a subdomain titled - tradeshows. I am creating drop down menus for a number of titled Carriers, Brokers, Plans, etc. For Carriers, as an example, how do I set-up the http://? I am saving the pages as html. Where does this code go?

I assume the URL for the subdomain would be www.tradeshow.benefitplace.biz.
