Building a site remotly for my sister in Colorado

Hi,
I am designing a site for my sister thru BV.. she has purchased the DN and hosting package with VH. I have her IP, Username and Password to publish for her but the IP is not listed in my drop down list. Why is that?

I went to the bluevoda.com site and tried to get the link via email to download it but cuz i'm already using it it wont... any suggestions?
