Hello New here, Love the software But a Lil Problem

Hello to all forum members:
I downloaded the trial version, It is an excellent product and fairly easy to use. I will need to explore it further since I used only the most basic functions. There's so muc more to check out.
Only problem I have encountered is website will not publish to remote server. I was able to upload through their FTP all the files But still no webpage up.
I am lost. any assistance would be appreciated.
