FTP login question

hey guys.

when i go to publish, it says my password/username is not right, but indeed it is.. i made sure the server IP was the right one and it is...

help.... !


can i get a reset?

also, same issues when i try to login in to my Cpanel

Unless you are on one of the servers that have changed IP address, you can ask the support for a password reset.

how do i know if it has changed IP address? and who/how do i contact support to do the reset?
