Editing Existing Websites

I know this is a very noobish question, but I am making my first website (for the group's sake :P) and I was wondering - how do you edit websites that you have already published to the internet?

You can download a html web page into BV, but you would have to do a lot of work on it to make it work. (Even if the page is suitable)
Quicker to just use BV & build it your self.

that you for answering, but I meant this: once I upload a web-page, can I edit it and publish it using the same adress, or, as the adress will be taken, will I have make a new website?

Yes you can just republish your site as many times as you like...
