Changes to page not showing

OK so I thought maybe it was because I was using the wrong ip but got it from support and I am using the correct ip. When I publish I am getting a respond that says successfully published and I have cleared my history and refreshed the page several times. What else could it be??

This is the page I am trying to update. The item was sold and I have a new piece I am trying to publish...
