Previewed and published -how long do I wait?

I have made a web site- domain - www.bodysatisfaction.com.au
everything worked in preview and published successfully with FTP IP:74.209.212.7 i have waited 4 days and nothing has happened.
Have I missed anything?

It looks like the domain names DNS "pointers" (name servers) are "pointing"
incorrectly.

You should contact your domain name registrar for this domain name and request that
they update the name servers to point as per the instructions in your VodaHost
New Account Information email.

You were correct -the IP was updated on vb but not on my domain registar.
